Brandy de Jerez d.o. Osborne Magno Solera Reserva
Brandy is a distillate of unique quality with a pleasant aromatic and sweet taste, made from aguardiente of grape Manchegas and matured in wood. Caramel, it can be drunk alone or, as you have already noticed, in all possible combinations. Mix it with a cola, orange, ginger-ale, chocolate milkshake, coffee or whatever you choose - it's good in many ways!
Magno belongs to the specific name Brandy de Jerez. It matures in American oak barrels, which previously contained sherry wines. There is written evidence that brandies have been produced in the triangle of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Jerez de la Frontera and El Puerto de Santa María, the town where Osborne has its wine cellar, since 1580.
Category: Solera Reserve
Process of preparation: Holandas brandy, low alcohol (65°) brandy combined with 94.5° brandy aged in American oak barrels previously vinified with Sherry Olorososos wines according to the traditional dynamic ageing system of Criaderas and Soleras.
At a glance: Mahogany color. Luminous, transparent, glossy, glossy
To the nose: pure and intense aroma, warm and vinous with elegant notes of oak wood and clear perception of Holandas.
To the mouth: Soft, harmonious, round and elegant on the palate, well integrated into the spices of the wood. Slightly flared
Preservation: Usually in well ventilated places away from heat sources. Over time there may be some precipitation in the bottle as a result of the natural ageing process in the wood. In this case, it is sufficient to decant the brandy before consumption.
