Green olives Karinawith pit manzanilla
Spain is the largest olive producing country in the world. Today, exactly the same varieties are still cultivated as in the 15th century. There are cal 200 different varieties, such as Manzanilla (the most common), Cornezuelo, Gordal or Morona as table olives. It is grown almost exclusively in the south of Spain, especially in the province of Seville.
