Serrano Shoulder of extremadura with ham rack and knife "Sabores de españa". Ingredients: ham, salt, preservative (e-250, e-252), antioxidant (e-301).
Extremadura has the largest production of Serrano and Iberico ham in the world.
In order to remain true to this natural character, this ham is produced in the traditional way as it has been for hundreds of years and with a natural ripening process.
These Serrano hams require a long maturing period, which is why the maturing period for the shoulder hams is approx. 12 months and for the hams up to 18 months.
