This Iberian ham comes from Iberian pigs that are fed with grasses, cereals and acorns. The maturation period is between 26 and 36 months in the continental climate of Guijuelo in natural dry rooms and Bodegas.
Ingredients: Iberian ham, salt, sugar, antioxidants ( E-331iii, e-301), preservatives (E-252)
This excellent ham is characterised by its fine, long and well rounded bones and an appropriate fat content with a delicate consistency.
The meat has a cherry red colour with good infiltration and grain and the characteristic sheen of the meat and fat.
This ham has a very pleasant, sweet and mild taste, for all tastes.
