Iberico Bellota Ham Beher from Guijuelo Gold Label
This Iberian ham comes from 100% pure Iberian pigs fed with grasses, cereals and acorns. The maturation period is approximately 24-36 months, depending on the weight and texture of the individual legs, in the continental climate of Guijuelo, in natural drying rooms and Bodegas.
This excellent ham is characterised by its fine, long and well rounded bones and an appropriate fat content with a delicate consistency.
The meat has a cherry red colour with good infiltration and grain and the characteristic sheen of the meat and fat.
This ham has a very pleasant, sweet and mild taste, for all tastes.
Ingredients: Iberian pork ham, salt, sugar, preservatives (e-252 and e-250), antioxidants (e-301 and E-331iii).
