Our facilities are located in the province of León, specifically in Celada de la Vega, a town located between the valleys of the rivers Tuerto and Jerga, surrounded by the mountains of the region of Cepeda, Puerto de Manzanal, Foncebadón and Teleno.

 

We are 858 m above sea level. This location and its proximity to the wild and rough Sierra del Teleno, provide a cool and dry atmosphere for most of the year, an element that favors the cure of our products.

 

Our facilities are divided into a cutting room, a processing room and a packing and packing room. We have six natural curing dryers through which our products pass so that they reach your hands with their original flavor.
