The assortment of La Chinata is unique and very beautiful to look at. You rarely find delicacies of such a variety of flavours and aromas made from purely natural ingredients. La Chinata began many years ago with the production of high quality olives. Only selected olives from Sierra de Gata-Hurdes in northern C-ceres have always been eligible. These are the fruity "Manzanilla CacereÒa", which produces olives that are particularly rich in unsaturated fats, more than other varieties. The olives are harvested and selected by hand. A second selection is made shortly before pressing, which is only carried out with gentle pressure. The olive oil "En Rama" is a special premium product and very traditional, because it is unfiltered! A more authentic oliveöl of such purity with the fruit pulp of the olives is rare to find.
The flavoured Öle of La Chinata are also made from the variety "Manzanilla CacereÒa". With porcini mushrooms, lemon peels, chilli peppers or Mediterranean spices, the soft olive oil is enhanced with natural flavours. The result: an elegant symbiosis that allows you to experience the typicity of the olive oil and that of the natural ingredients in immaculate beauty. Gradually, the range was extended with other typical Spanish delicacies with the aim of bringing Spanish culinary traditions back to life. The range is extensive. It ranges from traditional products to unusual delicacies. For example, the completely untreated sea salt crystals, which crackle so beautifully when sprinkled over salads and soups. A new taste experience is the salty jam of green olives.

With its own precious olives, La Chinata also produces meat and vegetable sepâtets that have become an integral part of Spanish cuisine: The vegetable combinations with the addition of extra virgin olive oil produce delicate, very aromatic pâtés. The meat pies have a very fine taste. Typical Spanish ingredients such as Iberian pork or Perdo XimÈnez are used.
