This ham is well known among gourmets and is recommended for special occasions but also for every occasion.

Joselito's Iberian notes live for 2 years in their natural habitat amidst two mountains. The pigs have 3 hectares of land to romp about. Maturing period +36 months
Golden to pinkish red fat and soft and supple consistency. The meat has different red tones with several veined fat infiltrations that melt in the palate.  Its taste is sweet and exquisite, slightly sweetish.
Between the oaks and cork oaks of the pastures of the south-east of the Iberian peninsulas, the pure Iberian pigs enjoy their natural habitat.
This genetically selected breed, the feeding with acorns during the acorn fattening, the unique micro-climate necessary for ripening, make up this smooth, intoxicating taste of the pure Iberian acorn products. 
The fat of the pure Iberian ham is rich in unsaturated fatty acids (similar to olive oil), the consumption of which is often recommended as a health-promoting substance.
