Happy pigs
The Iberian bills of Joselito live for two years in their natural habitat in the midst of two mountains. The pigs each have 3 hectares of land to move around. Maturation +36 months
Golden to rosarotes grease and soft and supple consistency. The meat has different red tints with several veined fat infiltrations melting in the palate. Its taste is lovely and exquisite, slightly sweetish.
Between the oaks and cork oaks of the south-east of the Iberian peninsulas, the pure Iberian pigs enjoy their natural habitat.
This genetically-selected breed, the feeding of acorns throughout the acorn marsh, the unique micro-climate required for maturation, make this supple, intoxicating taste of the pure Iberian cheetah products.
The fat of the pure Iberian ham is rich in unsaturated fatty acids (similar to olive oil), whose consumption is often recommended as a health-promoting.
